Meet KristinTucker Armstrong

Kristin’s mission is to empower women who have experienced sexual trauma—and those who love them—to break free from stigma, silence, and shame, guiding them toward an authentic path of healing, inner peace, and genuine self-discovery.
During her college years, Kristin endured two sexual assaults—experiences she would not confront until 29 years later. Today, she channels her journey into purpose, using her story to inspire healing and change. As an author, speaker and trauma advocate, Kristin offers a deeply personal perspective on recovery and renewal after sexual assault. A devoted mother, wife, and supporter of MOCSA (Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault), she is dedicated to helping survivors and their families break the silence surrounding trauma and rediscover their sense of worth and connection.
Through her writing, Kristin helps individuals release deep-seated shame and reclaim their lives after trauma—bridging the gap between the weight of the past and a future filled with hope. Her women’s fiction debut novel, The Love That Found Us, inspired by true events and her personal transformation from “broken to whole,” allows her to draw on her lived experience to guide other survivors and the people who support them. Her voice resonates in speaking engagements, community spaces, and trauma-informed advocacy circles.
Kristin’s work empowers others to rediscover peace, purpose, and self-acceptance. By inviting readers into her fictional narratives, she sparks difficult but necessary conversations and illuminates the path toward emotional safety and genuine transformation.
